I just wanted to take this time to wish all of you a very Happy, Healthy 2019!! A lot of us make New Years Resolutions, but rarely do we stick to them. My suggestion is to pick a resolution and try it for 21 days. (It takes 21 days to form a habit), and see how it works out. We can do anything for 21 days. This is something I am going to try myself. It's worth a shot. It will give you a sense of purpose and will surely motivate you to continue because you will feel so great.
Whatever you choose to do, let's make this year the best ever!!
